Timelapse of photoshoot

This is an insight into the photoshoot I did for my magazine with the main artist Sierra Banks played by Lily Bartlett. This shows all of the different shots, poses, outfit changes and stances that I asked Lily to do in order to provide my magazine the best possible look to suit my high end magazine style, as well as the style of the artist I created.

Photoshoot Model Release

 

This is my magazine photo-shoot model release. This form states that Lily, my model, gives her permission for me to use the pictures I took of her in the photo-shoot within my magazine. This allows my magazine to look professional as models for official music magazines would be asked to do the same in order to declare their permission.

Equipment

This is a video of me discussing the equipment I used within the creation of my magazine. It explains the technical details of the camera I used and why I decided to use it. I found this equipment easy to use and thus easy to talk about as I had used it before when completing my GCSE media product.

Social media in my magazine

This is a video explaining the social media I plan to use within my magazine. In having this video it will hep me as I will be able to refer back to it for ideas on how to incorporate social media and it also gave me a good outline for the social media I should be using in my magazine in researching similar music magazines methods.

Promotional methods in my magazine

This is a video explaining the promotional methods I plan to use within my magazine. In having this video it will hep me as I will be able to refer back to it for ideas on how to incorporate promotion and audience interaction as well as providing me with a good outline for the different methods of promotion I should be using in my magazine in researching similar music magazines.

Props/Costumes used in my magazine

These are the props and costumes that I plan to use within my magazine. I decided to use these props as costumes as they adhere to the music magazine conventions but also enable my magazine to be a bit different to those that already exist. This will help when styling my model for my photo-shoot and enable everything to run smoothly and to plan.

Box Out Text

This video explains the box out text I plan to use within my magazine. As well as including the gig guide on the front cover, I also plan to use pull quotes within my feature article - however, I didn't talk about these within the video as I am not sure if I want to include them as a box out quote or in a more eye catching way yet. Indeed, I do plan to use pull quotes as well as the 'Gig Guide' mentioned and this video will prove useful to refer to when creating my music magazine.
